Nassau Beach Farm Cottages is a planned hospitality property in Nassau, The Bahamas. The first private villa, The Sea Grape, is planned to open in Summer 2027. Additional cottages are planned for 2028 and beyond; future opening dates and construction plans are subject to change and are not guaranteed.
2. Requests are not confirmed bookings
Submitting dates through the website is a request for availability, not a confirmed reservation, payment, or promise that the villa will be available. A stay is confirmed only after we contact you in writing with the applicable dates, rate, house rules, deposit or payment requirements, and cancellation terms.
3. Rates, availability, and opening plans
Rates, minimum stays, amenities, images, opening timing, and availability may change before launch. We will provide the terms that apply to your stay before asking you to pay or accept a reservation. We do not accept bookings for planned future cottages through this website.
4. Guests and pets
You are responsible for providing accurate guest and pet information. Pet travel to The Bahamas is subject to government requirements, permits, vaccinations, and carrier rules. A pet request is not approval to travel or a guarantee that every pet can be accommodated. Final pet rules and any applicable fees will be provided with your booking confirmation.
